Benedikt Hipp studied at Akademie der Bildenden Künste, Nürnberg, Accademia di Belle Arti di Bologna and Akademie der Bildenden Künste, Munich. Recently his works were on show at CAPC, Musée d'art Contemporain, Bordeaux (2011), at Schirn Kunsthalle Frankfurt (2011), at Bielefelder Kunstverein (2010) and Schürmann Berlin (2009).
